How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes a size chart and measuring instructions. If you are unsure which size is best for your pet, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment has been received.

Yes. We ship throughout Lithuania, the European Union, and selected international destinations.

Are Vizgu-vizgu products suitable for all dogs?
Every dog is unique. We recommend carefully reviewing the size chart and product description before placing an order.
How should I care for Vizgu-vizgu accessories?
We recommend hand washing or washing on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, and allow products to air dry naturally.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@vizgu-vizgu.lt and include a description of the issue along with photographs of the product.
Will the product colour look exactly the same as in the photos?
We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to different screen settings and display technologies.
