1.1. These purchase-sale rules establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, as well as matters related to purchasing, payment, delivery, returns, and other aspects of shopping in the online store.

CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if incorrect product information or price was displayed due to a technical error.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1. All prices are listed in euros.

3.3. Vizgu-vizgu makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and complete.

PAYMENT
4.1. Payment can be made using the Montonio payment system or bank transfer.
4.2. An order is processed only after payment is received.

DELIVERY

5.2. Delivery is available in Lithuania, the European Union, and other countries.
5.3. Delivery times depend on the chosen delivery method and the recipient’s country.
5.4. The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate delivery details.
5.5. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or non-collection, the cost of re-shipping is covered by the Buyer.

PRODUCT QUALITY
6.1. The Seller is responsible for product quality in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2. Upon discovering a defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
7.1. Vizgu-vizgu products are intended for use with pets only as directed.
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for selecting the correct size.
7.3. It is recommended to inspect the product’s condition before each use.
7.4. No accessory can fully guarantee the restraint of a pet under all circumstances.
7.5. The owner is responsible for the safety of their pet.

FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. All disputes are first resolved through negotiation.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
