The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect delivery information or failure to collect the shipment, the Buyer shall be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
RETURNS
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must:
• Be unused;
• Be undamaged;
• Retain their original appearance;
• Be returned in their original packaging;
• Be free from pet hair, odours, dirt, or other signs of use.
For hygiene and animal welfare reasons, used pet accessories cannot be returned as new products unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
